TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Gift card information

  •  A gift card is a prepaid card and should be treated just like cash in a bag or wallet.

  • Gift Card is available for purchase at any Jashanmal stores or Around the World concept stores.

  • When purchasing a gift card, the buyer must pay the

       funds to be loaded to the card.

  • The Gift Card is activated immediately on purchase and

       can be used by the purchaser upon receiving it.

  • The gift card may only be used at Jashanmal stores or

       Around the World concept stores.

  • The gift card is not a debit or credit card, and cannot be

        used to withdraw cash through any ATM or through any
        of Jashanmal stores or Around the World concept stores

  •  The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of

         purchase or until the full value of the balance stored on
         your card is deducted, whichever comes first.

معلومات بطاقة الھدایا

بطاقة الھدایا ھي بطاقة مسبقة الدفع، وینبغي معاملتھا تماماً كالنقد -

تتوفر بطاقة الھدایا لشرائھا ف ي متاجر جاشنمال او متاجر جاشنمال -
.حول العالم
عند شراء بطاقة الھدایا، یجب على المشتري دفع مبلغ القیمة -
.المراد اضافتھا الى بطاقة الھدایا
یتم تفعیل بطاقة الھدایا فوراً عند شرائھا ویمكن للمُشتري -
.استخدامھا عند استلامھا
یمكن استخدام بطاقة الھدایا فقط خلال جمیع متاجر جاشنمال او -
متاجر جاشنمال حول العالم
لا تعدّ البطاقة بطاقة خصم أو ائتمان، ولا یمكن استخدامھا لسحب -
النقد عبر أي جھاز للصرف الآلي أو عبر أي متاجر جاشنمال او
متاجر جاشنمال حول العالم
تستمر صلاحیة بطاقة الھدایا لمدة 12 شھراً من تاریخ الشراء أو إلى أن -
.یتم خصم كامل قیمة الرصید المخزّن على بطاقتك، أیھما أولا

Use of the gift card

  • The card user is responsible for following up on the
    balance available on the gift card. To check the balance
    at any time, or to see your previous transactions, you can
    visit or call any of our stores.

  • Each time a transaction is made by gift card, there must
    be sufficient credit to pay for the transaction. However,
    the amount exceeding the balance on the card can be
    paid using another payment method.

  • ​You agree that the value on the gift card will be
    transferred to the value of all purchases made at any
    store on the site as authorized. Transactions are
    authorized by you when:
    a. You swipe the gift card or allow someone else or
    the operator to pass it on to the electronic device
    at the point of sale at any Jashanmal stores, or
    b. Provide gift card details and authorize the
    transaction to be performed.

  •  When you authorize a transaction:
    a. You confirm that the transaction represents the
    correct purchase price for the services or goods
    you have received, and
    b. You agree to pay the amount of the transaction
    by reducing the remaining balance of the value of
    the gift card to the equivalent of the purchase
    price of the services or gifts you have received.

استعمال بطاقة الھدایا

​یكون مستخدم البطاقة مسؤولاً عن متابعة الرصید المتوفر على -
بطاقة الھدایا. للتحقق من الرصید في أي وقت، أو للاطلاع على
.معاملاتك السابقة، یمكنك التوجھ او الاتصال بأي من متاجرنا


في كل مرة تتم فیھا معاملة ما بواسطة بطاقة الھدایا، یجب أن -
یتوفر فیھا رصید كاف لدفع تكلفة المعاملة. فإن المبلغ الذي یتجاوز
قیمة الرصید الموجود على البطاقة یمكن دفعھ باستخدام وسیلة دفع
.أخرى


توافق على أن القیمة الموجودة على بطاقة الھدایا ستتحول إلى قیمة -
كافة المشتریات التي تتم في أي محل تجاري في الموقع بحسب
:تخویلك. یتم تفویض التعاملات من قبلك عندما
أ. تقوم بتمریر بطاقة الھدایا أو تسمح لشخص آخر أو للمشغل
بتمریرھا على الجھاز الإلكتروني في نقطة البیع لدى أي متاجر
جاشنمال، أو
.ب. تقدم تفاصیل بطاقة الھدایا وتسمح بإجراء المعاملة


:عندما تقوم بتفویض معاملة -
أ. فإنك تؤكد بأن المعاملة تمثّل سعر الشراء الصحیح للخدمات أو
السلع التي حصلت علیھا، و
ب. توافق على دفع مبلغ المعاملة بتخفیض الرصید المتبقي من قیمة
بطاقة الھدایا بما یعادل سعر شراء الخدمات أو الھدایا التي حصلت
علیھا

Loss, theft, damage, abuse

  • If your gift card is lost, stolen, damaged or misused,
    please contact any of our stores immediately and we will
    work on your request to cancel the gift card.

  • If you keep a sum of money on the card of at least AED
    50, it will be replaced with a new gift card. Any remaining
    balance will then be transferred to the new gift card.

الضیاع، السرقة، التلف، إساءة الاستخدام

​في حال ضیاع بطاقة الھدایا أو تعرضھا للسرقة أو التلف أو إساءة -
الاستخدام، الرجاء الاتصال فوراً بأي من متاجرنا وسنعمل على
.طلبك بإلغاء بطاقة الھدایا


وفي حال تبقي مبلغ مالي على البطاقة یعادل 50 درھم اماراتي -
على الأقل، فسیتم استبدالھا ببطاقة ھدایا جدیدة. وحینھا یتم تحویل أي
.رصید متبقي إلى بطاقة الھدایا الجدیدة

Redemption of Unspent Funds

  • The full value of the gift card must be used before the
    end of the card's validity period (which shall occur 12
    months from the date of purchase).

  •  After expiry, the Gift Card will be invalid, unable to be
    reactivated, and all amount remaining on the Gift Card
    will be deducted therefrom. 

  •  If the customer contacts any of our stores before the
    expiration of the Gift Card for reactivation, and in case
    the Gift Card holds funds of at least AED 50, the customer
    will be provided with a new Gift Card and funds will be
    transferred to the new Gift Card.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Replacement Card can be
    issued only once, and you will not be entitled to receive
    any further replacement cards should the Replacement
    Card expire. Once the Gift Card and/or the Replacement
    Card have expired, the available funds in the card will not
    be refunded to you in any form whatsoever. The funds
    representing the available funds in the Gift Card and/or
    the Replacement Card can be accessed by you only by
    performing a transaction during the card validity period.

استرداد الأموال غیر المنفقة

​یجب أن تستخدم كامل قیمة بطاقة الھدایا قبل نھایة فترة صلاحیة -
.البطاقة (وذلك بعد 12 شھراً من تاریخ الشراء)


بعد انتھاء الصلاحیة، ستصبح بطاقة الھدایا غیر صالحة، ولا -
یمكن إعادة تفعیلھا، وسیتم خصم كل المبلغ المتبقي في بطاقة الھدایا
.منھا


ذإ ا اتصل العمیل بأي من متاجرنا قبل انتھاء صلاحیة بطاقة الھدایا -
لإعادة التفعیل، وفي حالة احتفاظ بطاقة الھدایا بأموال لا تقل عن 50
درھمًا إماراتیًا، فسیتم تزوید العمیل ببطاقة ھدایا جدیدة وسیتم تحویل
.الأموال إلى بطاقة ھدایا جدیدة


لتجنب الشك، یمكن إصدار بطاقة بدیلة مرة واحدة فقط، ولن یحق -
لك الحصول على أي بطاقات بدیلة أخرى في حالة انتھاء صلاحیة
البطاقة البدیلة. بمجرد انتھاء صلاحیة بطاقة الھدایا و / أو البطاقة
البدیلة، لن یتم رد الأموال المتاحة في البطاقة إلیك بأي شكل من
الأشكال. لا یمكن الوصول إلى الأموال التي تمثل الأموال المتاحة في
بطاقة الھدایا و / أو البطاقة البدیلة إلا من خلال إجراء معاملة خلال
.فترة صلاحیة البطاقة

The changes we make

  • Jashanmal Group may from time to time change these
    Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Such actions and/or such
    changes could reasonably consider the purposes of
    protecting electronic funds from misuse, fraud
    prevention, overcoming operational difficulties,
    complying with applicable law or regulation, or making
    more efficient the working of the Gift Card. 

  • If we do any of the above actions, we will ensure that you
    are informed, in the most practical way (unless there are
    exceptional circumstances)

التغییرات التي نقوم ب ا ھ

​قد تقوم مجموعة جاشنمال بتغییر بنود وشروط بطاقة الھدایا من -
وقت لآخر. وھذه الإجراءات و/أو التغییرات یمكن منطقیاً اعتبارھا
من أجل حمایة الأموال الإلكترونیة من إساءة الاستخدام أو لمنع
الاحتیال أو للتغلب على المشاكل التي تحدث أثناء استخدام البطاقة أو
للامتثال للقوانین أو اللوائح المعمول بھا أو لزیادة كفاءة عمل بطاقة
.الھدایا

​

في حال قیامنا بأي من الإجراءات أعلاه، فإننا سنحرص على -
إبلاغك، وبالطریقة الأكثر عملیة (ما لم تكن ھناك ظروف استثنائیة)

Ownership/return/cancellation/destruction of gift card

  • Jashanmal retains ownership of the gift card and must be
    returned to us or destroyed as soon as it has no spending
    or redemption value. 

  • The Customer is not entitled to cancel the Gift Card. 

  • The Gift Card will also be terminated when it does not
    have any balance. And in such event, the customer will
    not claim for compensation.

ملكیة / إعادة / إلغاء / إتلاف بطاقة الھدایا

​تحتفظ جاشنمال بملكیة بطاقة الھدایا ویجب إعادتھا إلینا أو إتلافھا -
بمجرد عدم وجود قیمة إنفاق أو استرداد لھ ا


.لا یحق للعمیل إلغاء بطاقة الھدایا -
سیتم أیضًا إنھاء بطاقة الھدایا في حالة عدم وجود أي رصید لھا. -
.وفي مثل ھذه الحالة، لن یطالب العمیل بالتعویض

Use of Customer Information

  • Customer irrevocably authorizes and permits Jashanmal
    group to collect and keep customer’s information. 

  • Jashanmal shall also be at liberty to share the necessary
    information for the purpose of cross selling and
    marketing of goods and service to customer. 

  • Customer has the option of deselecting such a value
    added service by expressly notifying Jashanmal group in
    writing enclosing the gift card number.

Liability and error resolution procedures

  • Jashanmal is not liable for any failed transaction if there
    is no sufficient fund on Gift Card to cover a transaction. 

  • If there is a problem or dispute with a purchase of goods
    or services, the customer must address it directly with
    the Manager in store involved. 

  •  Refunds and returns are subject to the Jashanmal
    policies. 

  • If you have a complaint, please contact us either in
    writing or by telephone.

استخدام معلومات العمیل

​یفوض العمیل بشكل غیر قابل للنقض ویسمح لمجموعة جاشنمال -
.بجمع معلومات العمیل والاحتفاظ بھا


كما یحق لجاشنمال مشاركة المعلومات الضروریة لغرض البیع -
.المتبادل وتسویق السلع والخدمات للعملاء


یحق للعمیل إلغاء تحدید ھذه الخدمة ذات القیمة المضافة عن -
.طریق إخطار مجموعة جاشنمال كتابیًا مرفقًا برقم بطاقة الھدایا

الالتزام وإجراءات معالجة الأخطاء

​جاشنمال لیست مسؤولھ عن فشل أي معاملھ إذا لم یكن ھناك -
.رصید كافي في بطاقة الھدایا لتغطیة المعاملة


إذا كانت ھناك مشكلة او شك في عملیة شراء منتجات أو خدمات، -
.یجب علي العمیل أن یخاطب المدیر السؤل في المتجر مباشرة


.تخضع التعویضات والارتجاع إلى سیاسات جاشنمال -
.اذا كانت لدیك شكوي، یرجي الاتصال بنا إما كتابةً او عبر الھاتف -
